Interesting this got updated again because I just literally finished Riptide last weekend and although I haven't played Dying Light, I do share the same boredom you have with Dead Island. So just like Dead Island 1 then, and it was the fetch quests that killed that game dead for me, I just got bored half way through.Įdit - And yep, the attacks seem to be completely missing any sense of weight in that video, something that Techland absolutely nails in Dying Light.Įdit edit - Why is Josh Homme on the box cover? ![]() This is no doubt going to be the same, but without the parkour. I mean, Dying Light is filled with fetch quests, but the parkour saves that from being a chore as it's just so much fun experimenting how to get from A to B. My main concern is that after Dying Light it's just going to seem incredibly archaic.
